I always thought it was a waste of money to buy a watery toner, but this product is definitely not a waste. My skin feels moist and well-nourished, but it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It's so good. I used a wiping toner first and then I poured this toner on a sheet and used it as a sheet mask, just like the instructions said. I was really satisfied!
